- Free Hosting is included in the price for the first 12 months. All our customers are subject to a download/disk storage limit which is applied to protect all our customers’ sites. 5Pages.co.uk will immediately terminate any website that contains any content that 5pages.co.uk deems unacceptable. This includes, but is not limited to, pornographic material of any kind, sensitive political or cultural views, offensive or defamatory content. In the event that a site’s hosting is terminated for this reason, no refunds will be supplied under any circumstances.
- Go Live Support can be defined as email support whilst the customer is helping 5pages to complete the content of the 5 pages or 10 pages site, and up to 7 working days after that time. If ongoing support and site maintenance is required, this can be purchased seperately.
- 5pages.co.uk does not accept any liability whatsoever for the content of the sites created by it’s partners or customers, however 5pages actively reviews each site and will take any necessary action as outlined in point 3.
- Payment for the site must be paid for upfront before any design work is completed.
- When the first 12 months expire, there will be a charge for hosting your website with us. This charge will be a monthly charge, payable 3 months in advance and the cost of which will depend on usage, but will not be more than £10 per month. If you decide that you do not want to continue hosting with 5pages.co.uk, then your account can be cancelled with nothing to pay and the site will be removed from the internet. If you decide that you want to keep your site but host with a third party, 5pages.co.uk will need 30 days prior notice of such a request, and an admin fee of £30 will be levied.
- All websites created by 5pages.co.uk come with a monthly backup service. This backs up all design and content. This service is maintained all the while the website is hosted by 5pages.co.uk.
